UMS & TABLET BASED SYSTEM:

Upon completion of the job you get a work order proof email notification that tells you whether the unit is fixed, down but usable or down and not usable. Also, our customers have access to a customer portal that allows you to track your fleet; whether it's PM currency, a campaign or initiative, excessive parts being replaced on a certain unit, etc. that you can query to your liking. Access to our state of the art web based UMS system is included for free for your use.

SAFETY & WSIB:

We have $10M liability for our technicians and they are all covered by WSIB.

DEDICATED YARD WORK:

We provide dedicated service on site for regular maintenance and repairs, including Reefer & Heater as well as Truck & Trailer.

EMERGENCY BREAKDOWNS OVER THE ROAD:

We provide emergency breakdown service over the road or at a customer location including service after hours, on weekends and/or on holidays, etc.

REEFER PMAs INCLUDE:

  • Check levels, belts and hoses
  • Top up fluids if needed
  • Check and load test battery
  • Check charging system

  • Microprocessor Pre-trip

REEFER PMBs INCLUDE:

  • PMA Inspection plus the following:
  • Replace engine oil, Oil filter, Fuel filter, Air filter
  • Fuel pump cleaning and clean inlet filter screen
  • Water separator bowl and screen cleaning
  • Run test
  • Running microprocessor pre-trip

HEATERS - ANNUAL INSPECTION:

  • Check levels, belts and hoses
